Great location for us, staff was so great and friendly. Breakfast was as good as you would great in 5 star hotel. We had a large room and it was very modern.

Very nicely located --- close to the station, and to some excellent walks a little up the hill. Reception was great and friendly, and the owner sorted a huge problem for me by locating an adapter for my power supply. I also had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant Hauslwirt, which is part of the same place.

This was such a lovely place to stay! We booked last minute, and they were able to accommodate our family of 5 perfectly. We enjoyed wine on the patio with gorgeous views and had a very comfortable night of sleep. The breakfast was amazing.

Overall very nice. Our schedule was delayed so the check-in time was a but late. Called the host and she waited for us. The room was clean and comfy. It’s on the street side but quiet during the night. Nothing to complain about. We didn’t get thw wifi password so not sure if it works well.

The hotel was fine, my issue is that I was overcharged. I had booked the superior family room called Wellness suite ( 8 single beds) but was given the cheaper one famillienstudio (5 beds) which funnily enough was the one I had tried to book online as we were a group of 5 and it was obviously cheaper. That room wasn’t available for booking and I had to book the bigger one which was more expensive . I complained about it straight away to the front desk staff, but they weren’t helpful at all. Their only answer was that it was a booking.com issue.

Great location near the salt mines and a short train ride away from Salzburg: the hotel provides you with the train tickets and the train station us just across the street. The hotel is entirely renovated, clean, very kind staff and a restaurant and bar with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good with everything necessary. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with a very nice view. The spa is small but has all you need and is opened upon request. It was also a great experience. We hope to return soon!
