Lovely guesthouse with lovely staff. We stayed in 2 apartments which had everything you need for your stay. The whole place was incredibly clean, with great atmosphere. We also had a dinner at a restaurant which was incredible, as well the service. There is a SPAR supermarket next to the guesthouse, playground for children, also an ice-cream place. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Ferienhouse is located in quite locality of Kirchberg. House is really big. Everything was perfectly clean. In house you will have everything, what you need, is really big. If you are with bikes, you can store these in garage. Billa supermarket is just a minute from house. Owner is very helpful. Absolutely perfect accommodation. I can recommend only.

We stayed 2 nights in February and took the cable car up the Rax to go snow shoeing. Wish we could have stayed longer, the apartment was very comfortable, beautiful surroundings, Johannes is a kind and helpful host. The free transport is a great bonus too. lots of lovely walks in the area, we hope to come back and do some of them soon!

We had an amazing time at Ferienwohnung Semler. The apartment is very nice and clean, it is fully equiped and much bigger then I thought from the pictures. The host is very nice, the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recommend for families, even larger group of friends.
