I highly recommend Pension Wanderruh. The rooms are very nice and cozy, with excellent cleanliness, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. We had a beutifull fresh fowers in our room. While we had to travel a bit longer for better ski conditions, it was due to an exceptionally warm winter. Overall, a delightful place to stay.

The house is in the middle of a quiet wonderful valley, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Very well equipped. Fully functional and yet charming. It was a very good choice for our preferences.

nice hotel close to Gmunden good rooms good restaurant very kind people working there expecially the nice man from my Country Shqiptar , very nice and kind gentleman. hotel belongs to Eggenberg bier and you can drink all beers there including a nice shop inside big parking outside . best accomodation in Pettenbach .

Tho location was very nice and quiet. The hosts Antonija and Mira were very welcoming and happy to offer any help if its needed. The apartments were very clean and bright and stylish. we loved it. Everything needed for the kitchen was there, extra pillows, duvets, big spacious bathroom with washing and drying machines. Only few minutes from the lake. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely we will come back soon. And a big big thank you to Antonija and Mira for being so good and professional with us. xxx

THis facility is EXCELLENT!!! What a dream of a place to relax and vacation. Mother Nature provided rain for many days but we were comfortable, well taken are of and enjoyed the clean indoor pool and sauna. Gorgeous grounds, fantastic breakfast and afternoon "Kaffee und Kuchen" with delights backed by Margareta (the owner) herself. This is a family operated hotel and restaurant and we were truly spoiled. They all went above and beyond helping us (when our rental car would not start), catered to our needs for our 93 year old mother and were always kind, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the property called the Mostschenke im Heustadl and provides a five star Austrian experience in dining. The family has been on this property since the 1600's and have up-dated and built the hotel in the last ten - twelve years. The Mostschenke is the renovated cattle barn and it a delightful venue for dining. The Hotel is clean, bright and the two bedroom chalet suite is a dream for a family vacation.
