The staff were incredibly friendly. Also, the location was a must. We came with a car, and their parking lot saved our life. Hallstatt is not a city to wander around in a car, so there are few, small and expensive parking spaces. Having one in our stay was amazing

The location is perfect! Walking distance from the ferry. Had dinner in the restaurant, the local famous fish dish, fresh and superb. The breakfast there is so good. Feels like home. Wifi:, good speed, able to video and upload.

The breakfast and the service were very good. I like the view and the city. When we arrived in the place, there was a concert right next to the hotel and the hotel offered us to have dinner as well as entrance to the concert.

The location was perfect. It is just a very brief walk from the Hallstatt Lahn bus stop. Also, there is a wonderful bakery just catty corner across from the property. The view from the balcony was worth every penny! The staff was absolutely accommodating. They kept in touch every step of the way and made sure our stay was comfortable and amazing!
