This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. The location of Alpinapart Edelweiss was excellent, just 2 min from the Ladis cable car station. The host was very friendly. She gave us the map of the region, explaining to us also about the cable cars and the bus timetable. The connection to the bus stop ( Ladis Seilbahn) to Serfaus is just unbelievable. The U-Bahn from the Serfaus bus stop to to the Serfaus Seilbahn is also very convenient. The super Summercard was very helpful as it gave us access to 10 cable cars, buses and U-Bahn in the region. There is also parking available at the apartment. About the property - the facilities and the cleanliness ( especially the bathroom) of the apartment was above our expectation. The kitchen facilities were too good and we could comfortably cook during our stay. The view from the balcony ( facing the valley) was simply stunning. Perfect view to enjoy a cup of morning coffee/ tea. There is a supermarket available in Ladis which is just 400m away. It is small but has all the necessary items. There is a bigger supermarket available in Fiss which is accessible via a Bus. Overall, our stay at this apartment was very memorable and I would absolutely love to travel again during the ski season.

The accommodation is newly renovated with a lot of style and with a lot of wooden materials. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine ready for use. The beds are comfortable and the everything was clean with a couple of extra amenities. Large TVs allow all visitors to watch what they prefer. A large external playground is available. Floor heating made the visit very pleasant.
