Flexible, super friendly, welcoming staff - we arrived very late during the night but the check in was still possible. Because of this, we also slept in and missed the breakfast but they were so kind to prepare it again only for us. They also have a gluten free bread which was a real game changer for me ! Good locatoion, close to the ski lifts. The owner lives in the neighboring house, but he cannot be seen, so no one was disturbing us. The kitchen is well equipped, the heating was good, the beds comfortable. Must be nice as well in the summer.

great location in st lambrecht right opposite the most spendid old benedictine abbey. rooms are basic, but extremely spacious and very clean & tidy - and with fabulous views, of course. very informal set-up and uncomplicated liaison with the host re arrival & departure. simple but expansive breakfast buffet which remains available throught the day (and night).

Andreas the host, and his parents were very friendly and helpful. The flat is very nice and comfortable with modern and stilish equipments. Kids enjoyed the 1st floor room, especially the mattress at the roof. :) While we liked the dinners on the balcony. The street was very calm, no trafic on it. The panorama on the mountains were awesome, we made several time-lapse vide about the clouds.
