Very nice accomodation, new, clean, and well equipped. View on the lake from the terrace. Friendly and helpful owner. Lake entrance with small beach within 5 minutes walk. Nice place for hiking, cycling and paddleboarding.

Very good boutique hotel / guesthouse, quite new, clean and comfortable Amazing breakfast - probably the best one in our Austrian experiences. Nice swiming pool. Location - just on the way, nothing special, in fact just as we expect - silent and quite comfortable place not far away from the city.

The accommodation was modern, clean, and very well equipped. Parking was available right next to the house. We appreciated the private entrance and the private terrace. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the city center and shops. The main train station was about a 20-minute walk away.

Host of this guesthouse is Sandra, who is really customer oriented, kind and helpful person, thanks for her! The location is excellent, very ideal for hiking, going to different programmes every day (Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach Alpenstrasse, Pyramidenkogel, Nockberge, etc). We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.

Location was perfect, right next to the cabelcar, walking distance. Our apartment was really clean, and staff was great too! With your stay you get a free S bahn ticket so you can make a short train trip to Villach, train station is also few minutes walking distance. They also have a small area right next to the lake, with sauna. Really nice place for short vacation!
