I’m not sure why this apartment is listed as an 8.0. I think it’s because there is more than one apartment. We had the one in the back, off the street. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The manager was very nice and let us put our bicycles in the basement. He even let us check in early.

We enjoyed the unusual concept of the hotel! I was unaware of it when I booked, but we definitely enjoyed staying! The rooms are basic, but really comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The people were all very nice. If you are going to go, look up Kolpinghaus. It tells the story of the concept . Nice place to stay, with a great concept!

What a convivial location off the tourist route. Hard to get there, maybe. It’s a steep climb on a bike, but great experience there. If you try it, you’ll like it!
