De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

Everything was perfect, very clean and tidy. We cooked a lot of meals in the apartment's kitchen and it had almost everything we needed. Very spacious apartment, great view And the Kaprun Zell Am See card is really great, saved us a lot of money on cable cars in the area.

My family and I had a fantastic experience during our stay at this hotel. The location is stunning, offering magnificent views of Zell am See lake and the Alps. The room was spacious and provided a beautiful view. Additionally, the breakfast was very good. We especially enjoyed the cable car ride. Overall, it was a memorable stay for us.
