The location of À L'Ancestrale B&B was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre of Magog, great restaurants and stores. Lynn and Eric were the perfect hosts, their warmth and hospitality made it feel like we were visiting friends rather than just any old hotel. They were especially welcoming to our 2 year old son and made him feel right at home, so much so that he did not want to leave. The B&B is very clean and the breakfast that Lynn made was abundant and delicious. We would definitely recommend À L'Ancestrale B&B and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a very good breakfast in the main building. We enjoyed many pictures and wonderful furniture. Hosts were so kind and took us to the bus station .

The breakfasts are exceptional, really wonderful. It is 3 courses with different things to eat. We have visited this B&B before and came back specifically because the breakfast is so wonderful, especially the variety of fruit.

Went to Orford for the eclipse. The Pods were terrific, living up to the ratings by previous visitors. The proprietor was friendly and helped us with any requests we had. There's a nice trail to a Sugaring Shack (about a mile) that we walked; a bit muddy with snow this time of year, but worth going. All in all we had a great time!
