Bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally spacious with a great kitchenette. Had a lovely view of the lake, enjoyable from the nice balcony. Laundry facilities are fantastic. Everything was very clean. Self check in was all too easy as well. It’s like a home away from home.

The only reason not to give 10 points would be to ensure we can have availability in the future 🤭, so full marks from us. Clean, well appointed, great instructions on how to find it, where to park, and use things. Great view. Easy walking distance to the Quay

The hotel is wonderful, situated at the top with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The staff was very friendly, with plenty of humor and pleasant communication. They were also very welcoming to our child. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast with a view of the mountains and snowfall was truly impressive. We definitely plan to return and visit again. Highly recommended!

Spa access on both days. Spa opens early for guests before check-out. They also have late check-outs, and the staff are very helpful. Relaxing time with my dog during my stay

The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.

I like all the things! The property has a really good location with 3 minutes walk to bus and boat station. And it has a small balcony with lake views.
