The hotel is located at the bank of Lake Lucerne with magnificent views toward the surrounding hills and the lake. It is mesmerizing. The establishment run by a wonderful Family with passion, professionalism and personal touch. Each guests welcomed and treated with care and love. Since I had my birthday on the weekend - we have received an upgrade to a beautiful suite which was full window, overlooking lake Lucerne, within the suite there was a jacuzzi. The location is quiet, yet, many things to do around. You can also take boat trip, go for a hike, etc. Within a hotel there is a fantastic restaurant - with great Chef and culinary, hospitality team - which is popular by locals and tourists equally. The food is amazing - we had Asian food. The breakfast offers healthy food with fresh local ingredients, from farmers near by - on the buffet menu: fresh cuts, various breads, cheese, fruits, vegetables, sweets, and hot drink and eggs offered everyone as per their taste. The Service Team is the Gem of this hotel - we were just humbled by the treatment of the Team. There is a safe, free underground parking with plenty of places. Thank you very much for the special birthday arrangement, the upgrade, the birthday cake, the kind celebration and chocolates. We are already planning our return trip and waiting to spend few days at the hotel. Our experience was magical, and exceeded our expectation. Yvett

Wow! The views from this hotel are spectacular! The staff was so nice as I booked at the last minute. The hotel is dog friendly (15 euro extra charge) and you can even eat a very nice dinner with your well-behaved dog. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Great amenities inside the room.

The facility was a relatively small guest house rather than a large hotel. We received excellent service directly from the owners. It was located in a predominantly residential neighborhood with several neighborhood-oriented restaurants nearby.

Very clean and beautyful hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped us to store our bagage after checkout, so we can go to the spa. The food in the Restaurant was amazing. The bed was very comfy.

First time at this hotel on our way to Italy. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely area. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff excellent. There is a restaurant but we didn’t eat. Parking at the hotel.
