Very friendly staff. They made me feel very comfortable and safe. The room was nice and so quiet at night facing a lovely yard. The breakfast room in traditional Swiss style is charming and their restaurant serves good food and it’s very popular. The location was fantastic, a short walk from everything. The hotel looks so charming outside and was very nice inside for a 3-star hotel

I had an amazing stay in this private room and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zurich. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Although check-in was self-service, Erik was very welcoming and made sure to greet us upon arrival, which added a nice personal touch. The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful view, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The fast internet and efficient heating made it a great spot to both work and unwind. I also loved the kitchen, which was well-equipped and even had an espresso machine—perfect for coffee enthusiasts. The dining room was a fantastic place to relax after a day of sightseeing—spacious, cozy, and with a great ambiance. The bathroom was impeccably clean, with a large shower that provided a refreshing experience. The building was secure and quiet, and I appreciated the added peace of mind from the door locks. Overall, this room offers excellent value for money, especially in a city like Zurich, which can be quite expensive. I would definitely book again and look forward to returning.
