Had an amazing stay. I love everything about the hotel. Strategic Location, a good base, to visit the different points of interest by train, bus or on foot. The mountain view from the hotel itself is spectacular. Excellent Service from booking until after check-out. The Chalet Elza is the perfect accommodation for a hiking and relaxation weekend in the Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken region. The apartment is very cozy and perfectly equipped (it even has a sauna). The owners of the apartment Dave and Patricia are also incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with plenty of information in advance, lit the fireplace before our arrival upon request, and even helped us with our luggage when we arrived. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is great and well equipped. The location is great with an amazing view. We had a great stay and we do recommend this accommodation! The owner was very kind and reactive by WhatsApp. We even had the possibility to leave our luggages to enjoy a last tour before getting our train.

We stayed 3 nights here. Beautiful home on the Main Street of Lauterbrunnen. Easy walk from the train station. Spacious for a family of 6. They had coffee that was provided… which was a nice touch.

We loved the vibe and the location — such a beautiful spot! Honestly, when we first booked, we were a bit unsure because there wasn’t a private bathroom. But we really wanted to see Lauterbrunnen, so we went for it — and we’re so glad we did! Turns out, we had nothing to worry about. The bathrooms were super clean and well-maintained, and everyone at the hostel was respectful and chill. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we’re ever back in the area!
