The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

The appartment is very nice with an incredible view on the balcony (like everybody remarked) on the mountains: the Jungfrau and others around. In sunny times -like we had- it is fantastic. Wilderswill is a beautiful village: a mixture of rurality and suburb of Interlaken that you rarely see. Life seems serene and happy over there. We enjoyed it very much.
