The cottage was in a great location in the city and close to the telecabin. The atmosphere was very cozy and lovely. All the amenities and supplies were fully prepared and ready for a few days of relaxation. The owner was very accommodating and available via WhatsApp, responding to my questions and requests immediately.

Truly amazing place, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious with a beautiful view to the alps, the spa facilities were modern and clean and the breakfast was delicious. There is a lot to see and do in the area and everywhere is very beautiful. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful accomodation especially for people looking for a quiet, private place. It is very clean, with great facilities and new fixtures and appliances in the kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and the deco within the hotel and of the rooms is calming and a mixture between old and authentic and modern with love for natural. Gardens… I loved the gardens… lots of little corners where you could sit in silence with your own thoughts… or no thoughts at all… beautifully scenting of the herbs growing… A vegetarian establishment that serves a delicious breakfast, good coffee and amazing dinner! The natural products (hand/ body wash and shampoo ) in the bathroom and showers by Feuerstein are just absolutely wonderful! Their scent of essential oils sends you into a feeling of bliss and relaxation!

The property was nice and rustic. Berghaus Iffigenalp really made you feel like you were staying in a mountain lodge. Driving to the property have your camera ready because the scenery is amazing. The breakfast cost a little extra but was well worth the price.

Very friendly welcome by the staff. We were received by Markus who kindly waited for us despite our late arrival and shown us around. Note that late check-ins can be arranged by notifying the staff beforehand. The room was fit for purpose and as advertised on the website. As backpackers, what we also appreciated is the shared kitchen, the shared dining room and the washing/drying machines. Not being from Switzerland and travelling on a budget (wink wink, the too are related), it was great to be able to prepare our own dinner and breakfast (and not spend a month of salary on restaurants --> although rest assured, there are good options). Note as well that the hostel is conveniently placed very near to the town center and the train station (a 5 min walk away at most). There you go. Happy with our stay and we actually went back for a second night there. Hope this helps.

Martin, Sonja, Doris and Gerro were spectacular. They were always looking out for us and excited to see us and help us with anything we needed. We didn’t have plans one day and they helped us sort out a hike and the best way to get there. You also get a free bus pass. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. They have delicious bread, cheese, meats, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, orange juice, coffee and muesli. This bed and breakfast was so homey and pleasant. Best value in Lenk!
