The location is outstanding, (an area of natural beauty.) Thomas the Host, was wonderful. We were running later than planned and on arrival he met us at the doors. He even provided a hot meal and a nice cold beer. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. This is one place I wish to return to. Everything was just fantastic.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Mid-sized family run hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Convenient location about 7-8 min walk to the lift. and can ski to about 50 meters of entrance. Very clean, and very friendly staff. Charging available for electric vehicles, a big plus (only overnight though). Excellent value for money.
