Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. Awesome location, excellent service, staff is very helpful and go out of the way to make you welcome and comfortable. 24 hours self serve laundry at the hotel and pick up service from the cable car were a big plus. Absolutely Superb views of the mountains and the valley.

Last evening in Eiger Hotel, Murren. First time here, skiing holiday with my two grown up children. I was expecting to stay in a nice, clean hotel, good breakfast and all amenities. But the place appeared to be so much more! On our first evening we were met at the station and taken to our room. The kitchen managed to squeeze us in, despite the late hour. We were tired, having arrived late as our flight was delayed. Meeting us and feeding us was a lovely welcome. Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly, good breakfast and dinner, very good wine card. Great location, Murren is a quaint little fairy tale village. The hotel is run by a family' nth generation, which is, sadly, so rare these days! But here owners are working together with the hotel staff every day. It was so heartwarming and wonderful to see that. Thank you!

Everything was above expectations. The host Chris was amazing. We had a very warm welcome. We enjoyed our stay very much. And we end up going back again the day after 😀 I truly recommend it, and I'm differently going back.

The bed is very comfortable. The view from the room is good. The breakfast is hearty. The staff are friendly.

The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren.

I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a better room. The room was exceptional. Ski room was great and opened up to the laneway that leads to the lifts, a walk of about 50m. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was in the centre of town opposite the COOP. The walk from the Stechelberg cable car was less than 5 minutes. Cannot fault the staff, they are the best in the business!
