everything was perfect. they pick you up in Sils and you experience the magic from the very first moment. you listen to classical/jazz music on your way up in the car. the food is amazing. great breakfast selection. lunch and dinner vegetarian options. gourmet experience. the rooms are cozy and high quality with toiletries. the staff is kind and helpful. and the valley itself is beautiful.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, with stunning views and excellent facilities. There are plenty of walking routes and opportunities for cycling or windsurfing or sightseeing. For two nights in the hotel you get a free bus and train pass which also works for the cable cars. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!
