The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location. The lake boats stop is just next to the hotel and the train up to Mount Rigi is less than a minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful both in the hotel and at the tourist office next to the train stop. The views over the lake are stunning. The hotel provide a visitor pass for your stay, which includes free transport around Lake Lucene.

Located in the centre of Vitznau, Hotel Rigi is right next to the station of the cog railway and about 50 metres from the pier on Lake Lucerne. WiFi is available free of charge.

The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

The hotel has a spectacular mountain and lake view. The breakfast is the delight with lots of high quality food items. The yogurt and the bread is so yummy that we want to return to the hotel. It is close to many hiking trails.

The hotel met all our expectations. The room was clean and looked like on the pictures. The best was however the view from the restaurant!
