Amazing staff. The family that runs the hotel are very polite , open , and generous people. Location is amazing. Hotel is a jewel inside (very nicely decorated). We got a free upgrade to a superior room with lake view. Lake view is unbelievable.

A wonderfully comfortable place in a lovely neighbourhood by the lake just outside Lucerne. Sunshine and a good breakfast provided on the terrace with superb views is a delightful way to start the day.

I can't find the words. Most probably this hotel was the most wonderfull place where I have stayed. The view what you have during breakfast just like heaven. Stuff really nice! Room is clean modern with a good bed. Breakfast was great. I will be back, I am sure.

Very friendly helpful receptionist. Superb position near the mineral baths and stunning view of snow capped mountains. Very close to cogwheel railway stop. Spotlessly clean modern attractive room with balcony. Able to access baths even after checking out. Good breakfast.

Beautiful authentic castle rooms offer you fantastic views of the lake and the Inner Swiss mountains. All Junior Suites have a private indoor pool.
