The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!

As soon as you walk in, the hotel design is welcoming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions about parking, restaurant recommendations, hotel amenities, and breakfast (in both English and Spanish). We booked the rooftop tinaja and it was magical. The location was very close to town and the lake, we walked there everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was excelent. Sofia was taking care our confortable staying. Extra heating was possible in the cooler morning. Well organized place, beautifully decorated house. Freedom to go in and out when you want without disturbing anyone. Location wonderful: near the centrum, but on the peaceful street. View to the volcano straight through your vindow.
