The best mointain cottage I have ever stayed! I am forever grateful for the level of hospitality that went above and beyond my expectations! As a concierge in a 5 star hotel, I can honestly say the service is exceptional in every level. Plus, the cottage looks like from a fairytale and is trully magnificent and remarkable. However, from the small gestures of kindness, I must say again - I was touched and fascinated, as it was actually my birthday on that very same day and absolutely made our stay simply unforgetable in a positive way.

The location was magnificent, set on the side of the valley with a short (1.5km) walk up to a local restaurant, the bar and restaurant were great, we could even help ourselves to drinks and keep a tab to pay at the end of our stay. A wonderful place to stay! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Free parking is available during the summer, which is a great bonus. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We've thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay (family 2+1). The whole service/staff was outstanding and the meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent. The wellness facilities were nice, the massages were at a professional level. The children's playground and virtual room were a great bonus for our child.

Wonderful and well equipped appartements, very helpful and friendly staff, good starting poit for hikes and tours, absolutely quiet, really good meals and wine are served in the restaurant, good and rich breakfast buffet, we can recommend this house for families with kids, because it is located only 500 m from one of the greatest attractions of the Czech Republic - the Treetop Path. A fantastic place for hiking in the Karkonosze Mountains. We spent 7 wonderful days.
