Everything from the staff, apartment, wellness and spa treatments, breakfast and more were wonderful. I would fully recommend this as a place to stay as a couple or with children. They did a great job to make sure our stay was good.

We liked absolutely everything! The restaurant downstairs was great, breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Wellness is simply the best! We especially enjoyed outside hot tub on the top of the building with lovely views. This town/hotel is perfect starting point for walking/hiking. We received complimentary ticket for cableway to get to the top of Snezka and back. Apartment was lovely and spacious. We will definitely be back.

Great location, fabulous view on the mountain side. Restaurant and the entire hotel has a modern and yet timeless design, which prefectly matches with nearby mountains. Great ala carte meals, breakfast was rich and very tasty. We enjoyed spa, which was free of charge for hotel guests. We definitely recomend this hotel and look forward to coming back.
