They have tons of things for children to play with. They even had baby towel especially for my baby. Owners are super friendly and help you with everything. You can reach everything without a car if needed. Restaurants just a little walk away. Dogs allowed and treated very well.

Hotel Horal pleasantly surprised us. Firstly, the service here is at an amazing level. I don't know what they've done here, but the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and will spend an extra minute or two of their time explaining everything to you and answering your questions, even engaging in a brief conversation with you. This applies to everyone across the hotel (reception, wellness, restaurant). It's a pity that this isn't the standard across the whole Czech Republic, at least in 4-star hotels. Furthermore, the food here is great; we had burgers, both fish dishes, soup, and everything was excellent. The rooms are not completely modern, but nicely clean and well-maintained, plus spacious, which I really appreciate! The same goes for the bathroom. Finally, the wellness facilities are unbelievable; everyone will find something for themselves. Truly top-notch facilities, everything well thought out. Simply put, complete satisfaction. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Staying at AGH hotel felt like coming home, even though it is away from home! We were very warmly welcomed by the receptionist Natalie with her warm smile and high quality check-in procedure, quite fast but still very accurate and guest friendly. Check-in is guaranteed from 3PM. We arrived early but we could comfortably store our luggage to check in later. In the late afternoon we returned to the hotel to collect our room key and bring our luggage to the room. Thanks to the General Manager Simona and receptionist Natalie, we were so lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Large Double Room (#312) with a very spacious balcony overlooking the terrace of the hotel. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, nice bathroom with shower and the room was nice and clean. A standard iron and board were also in the closet so we didn't have to contact the Front Desk. In the late afternoon we had dinner in the restaurant with friends, started of with a selection of appetizers (the home made potato chips with garlic dip is a MUST choose! SO delicious) , a nice bottle of local Czech Chardonnay and ended with delicious main courses. We were served by the waiter Kamill and he was excellent! Very friendly, experienced and always serving with a smile. In the evening I went down and asked for a kettle to boil hot water, instead of only a kettle I received an entire package with lemons, sugar and cookies, excellent service! Breakfast we ordered as roomservice. Very extensive and delicious. The check-out by Nela, the next morning was very friendly, warm and professional, served with a constant smile! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, this is a hotel where you should stay for at least a couple of nights! Simona, Natalie, Nela, Kamill and all the other staff that we didn't meet, thank you all so much for giving us an excellent stay! For a next visit I will definitely book AGH hotel again! Great team at the restaurant and hotel. They were very helpful in organizing an alternative onward journey, as my original plan broke down because of the huge amounts of snow on the streets. Everything worked out fine, thank you!

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I booked this last minute due to complications with another booking and the host accepted it immediately without issues. I traveled with my large dog which could stay in my room. The room was modern, new, had a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, small but fully equipped kitchen, mini fridge and a large comfortable bed. The stay exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful newly renovated apartment to the fast Wi-Fi to TV with several channels.
