The host was very helpful from the beginning. The communication was during our entire stay fluent. The utilities in the Chalet are of really good quality, with great kitchen accessories, comfortable beds, and a nice space outside to chill if the weather allows. We could also enjoy the Sauna and indoor Jacuzzi for a reasonable price. They are also making a reconstruction of a part of the Villa, which once it will be finished will give even more comfort to the property.

The room was clean, everything new, really nice.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I booked this last minute due to complications with another booking and the host accepted it immediately without issues. I traveled with my large dog which could stay in my room. The room was modern, new, had a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, small but fully equipped kitchen, mini fridge and a large comfortable bed. The stay exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful newly renovated apartment to the fast Wi-Fi to TV with several channels.

They have tons of things for children to play with. They even had baby towel especially for my baby. Owners are super friendly and help you with everything. You can reach everything without a car if needed. Restaurants just a little walk away. Dogs allowed and treated very well.

Absolutely satisfied and amazed at the friendliness and care of the staff. I stayed 4 nights in Andel Penzion & Cafe in Roznov pod Radhostem and I totally enjoyed my stay. Beds comfortable, breakfast very tasty with traditional Czech products and of course, delicious coffee. Location is fantastic, just a stone-throw to the local open swimming pool , Gibon play park for kids and a short walk to the city Roznov or shopping. I can only recommend this fantastic, cozy boutique hotel with attention to detail. I will definitely come back if I need accommodation while staying in Valassko 🇨🇿. This Hotel has considered everything that keen travellers and sauna goes would want from a stay. The sauna was very nice, the room fantastic with USB-C plugs. The food in the restaurant takes ALC to another level! The menu changes daily, in particular the breakfast was exceptional. Mimosa included, fresh honeycomb in sporty trays wow! Scrambled eggs, salmon, prosciutto, mushrooms… absolutely luxury! I would 💯 recommend to all friends and travellers looking for wellness and hiking! I will definitely return to this beautiful hotel and mountains of North Moravia ❤️👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏼… I used booking.com and was able to upgrade to wellness for the equivalent cost of direct website booking 💯 worth the upgrade! 🥰

Staying at AGH hotel felt like coming home, even though it is away from home! We were very warmly welcomed by the receptionist Natalie with her warm smile and high quality check-in procedure, quite fast but still very accurate and guest friendly. Check-in is guaranteed from 3PM. We arrived early but we could comfortably store our luggage to check in later. In the late afternoon we returned to the hotel to collect our room key and bring our luggage to the room. Thanks to the General Manager Simona and receptionist Natalie, we were so lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Large Double Room (#312) with a very spacious balcony overlooking the terrace of the hotel. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, nice bathroom with shower and the room was nice and clean. A standard iron and board were also in the closet so we didn't have to contact the Front Desk. In the late afternoon we had dinner in the restaurant with friends, started of with a selection of appetizers (the home made potato chips with garlic dip is a MUST choose! SO delicious) , a nice bottle of local Czech Chardonnay and ended with delicious main courses. We were served by the waiter Kamill and he was excellent! Very friendly, experienced and always serving with a smile. In the evening I went down and asked for a kettle to boil hot water, instead of only a kettle I received an entire package with lemons, sugar and cookies, excellent service! Breakfast we ordered as roomservice. Very extensive and delicious. The check-out by Nela, the next morning was very friendly, warm and professional, served with a constant smile! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, this is a hotel where you should stay for at least a couple of nights! Simona, Natalie, Nela, Kamill and all the other staff that we didn't meet, thank you all so much for giving us an excellent stay! For a next visit I will definitely book AGH hotel again!
