Breakfast was included and great. Balcony with fantastic view! Walking distance to both castles (I recommend taking the pony cart up to Neuschwanstein if you aren't in the best physical shape). Quiet and peaceful. I didn't realize anyone else was there until I saw them in the breakfast room. Free parking on site. Lots of information available. Beautiful location, beautiful room, beautiful host.

Very nice hotel located nearby both castles. Neatly decorated and clean. We had a lovely room upstairs with a balcony. Dinner was great!

The Breakfast is Best in Europe. Like a Michelin star standard. Room with balcony is big and has a great view too. Though is about 1km from the old town, it’s a good stroll by the neat rows of Bavaria houses. It’s a place that you can experience the Local vibe.

Check in was easy, place was sparkling clean & spacious for 3 adults + 1 toddler. It’s located near to attractions (castles, Tegelberg rides) and plenty of food options in the area + Füßen which isn’t too far off.

The view! Just superb. We could not see the Castle from our balcony, but still the lake and mountains were gorgeous and we could see everyrhing from the private beach. We really appreciated the beach equipment available and the little playground for kids. The room was very spacious with enough room for the family to stay for a week or longer. The kitchen had all the equipment needed and enough cutlery and plates that we did not have to wash everything immediately after one meal. The bed was comfy, everything was clean and the liitle welcome present was also a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay.
