Clean and comfortable appartement, the sauna was great. All in all, very good equipped rooms/kitchen with some exceptions. Supermarket, sportive activities, and nature in walking distance. Free parking and very good WiFi.

This traditional finnish house with its garden, set in a quiet and neat neighborhood, at 5 minutes drive from downtown Rovaniemi, is a real beauty. The building is old but very well kept, and made comfy and practical as far as the structure allows. Rooms are large and niclely decorated (although old style), cleanliness is far above finnish standards, and a modern heating plant makes it easy to adjust each room to your personal comfort. Amd now the best part: Ioannis is the most welcoming, friendly and careful host you can ever meet. He loves to take care of his guests, and is happy to do and say whatever can make you feel welcomed. He stocked the house with plenty of all sorts of food (allowing us to have 2 full breakfasts and a lunch at home), we is ready to tell you everything about history, traditions, locations, but in a discrete and respectful way. Communications with Ioannis are a pleasure, and he can reach you, if needed, in no time. We had a wonderful time, and will come here again, if we can ❤️

We absolutely loved it!!! The staff was amazing, the location gorgeous and the apartments next level beautiful and super modern. We spent our days foraging mushrooms, picking berries and reading on the front porch - felt like paradise 😍 We will definitely come back.. I highly highly recommend staying a few days to soak in the experience.

Ideal stay for family for animal and nature lovers. Beautiful home, extremly helpful and kind host. Very tasty dinner and delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. Finish culture and kidness. I liked the whole apartment. Size and equipment. Superclean, all new. Balcony, own wifi router, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, big fridge with deep freezer, several cupboards, big TV screen, couch, dinner table + 4 chairs, etc., all nicely arranged (I probably forgot something). Elevator. Close to city center, but quiet in the night.
