The property was beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was centrally located which allowed for easy access to everything we were looking for. It was quiet for sleeping, and the on-street parking was usually easy to find. It was great, and I’d happily stay again if I visit the area!

Everything the room was large with the double one end and the singles the other. The kitchen had four separate tables for different families. It was really clean and the beds reminded me of premier in beds. 5- 10 minute walk to the town and beach.

Breakfast and location were great. The owners are incredibly hospitable and willing to go the extra mile, particularly at breakfast by accommodating special requests. They are also full of practical and valuable local information. We couldn't have asked for a better ocean/neighborhood view, including a chance fireworks display on the beach. Excellent walk-in shower that you don't need to have a Phd to operate. You can tell that the owners based the property and operation on all of the things they learned from their own extensive travel. Looking forward to returning to Min Y Don the next time we get itchy feet and long to go traveling. A real Bullseye!

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and the room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and the fruit pots were a lovely addition. The best part was the location which was just perfect.

We went to visit down memory lane where my partner spent her early years with her family. The location was absolutely ideal for that. Easy walking distance into Conwy and Deganwy, with LLandudno Junction Railway station close by. I booked this on the strength of previous reviews and we were not disappointed. A lovely place and we are already making plans to return.

It was everything we could have asked for: very well equipped kitchen, tidy bathroom with good shower, very convenient location, lovely garden, dog friendly, informative and friendly host, all in all a great property. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house, away from main roads and surrounded by hills, very conveniently located. Only a short distance from everything. So much space, lovely decor and everything was clean and functional. Would love to return!
