Everything! The decor is amazing and it is in a fantastic location. We stayed in the middle floor apartment and the view from the living room was wonderful. In this property you also have access at the rear to an outdoor area (fire escape stairs lead through this down the back of the property) which I imagine would be welcome in warmer weather. It is such a spacious and welcoming apartment. The beds are very comfortable and as I have said, the decor is unlike anything we’ve ever stayed in - it really is stunning! Parking is on the road outside but we didn’t have any problems with that and managed to park more or less outside the property for the duration of our stay. We hope to return very soon.

Lovely location near the beach/bay, without being right on it. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent facilities. And outstanding assistance from the staff, who was there to greet us on arrival and guided us. The rooms were in a quiet neighborhood nearby many excellent eateries and coffee shops. Highly recommended for a stay of 2 or 3 days, maybe even longer.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Min y Don Llandudno features accommodation with water sports facilities and free WiFi.

Location of property, stayed in a renovated room and it was spotlessly clean, decorated lovely , the en-suite bathroom had powerful walk in shower and large soft towels , it even had a fridge in the room with fresh milk.. Breakfast was cooked fresh , hot and plentiful high quality of ingredients . The host were welcoming and nothing too much trouble for them .. An excellent stay .. Thank you both

The Hotel was superb, Nathan was an excellent host, nothing was too much for him. Breakfast was excellent and consistently perfect. Highly recommend

Fantastic location and property. Lovely outdoor area where we were able to sit and watch the trams and sheep. Very clean and well maintained property.

Colin and Sandra are very kind. The hotel is very cleaned. Breakfast is rich and Sandra makes the best porridge I have ever had in UK. Colin gave us good suggestions about the visits around Llandudno and helped us with our laggages. The hotel is on the Promenade and near to the train station: it is in a perfect position. It's the best choice to travel around (it's near to publics means of transport and there is also a parking on the back) and to have a quiet holiday
