Time that we spent there was not enough to enjoy those stunning views of the mountains that you cans see from every window of your room. We took one extra night in this hotel. Silent location aside from the main street. Even though there is no conditioner in the room it was cool in there at night. The bed linen is fresh, comfy bed. The breakfast is great: buckwheat is sth that I like and yummy pancakes with a variety of jams. Tea and coffee are available in the kitchen all the time throughout the day. Responsive and attentive family owners, helped me with the airport transfer.

The location is great, and the property is beautiful and very relaxing. Close to Mestia, and up on a hill providing some of the best views in the area. A river runs through the property and there are plenty of places to sit and relax by the water. There is a well-stocked kitchen where you can cook your meals. We had breakfast made by the host and it was delicious. Multiple firepits and plenty of wood is available for having a fire.
