I will start with the most important, the human factor. The staff was excellent. Highly professional and courteous. The facility itself is very clean and the room was of high quality materials. We tried the food and again, delicious. we were positively surprised. Finally the location is also very close to the city center.

Everything is thought through so well - dental sets, hair shampoo and conditioner, coffee, water, slippers in the room.
