Our stay in Bellano was absolutely perfect. The apartment is just 3 minutes from the train station, yet located in a quiet and peaceful building with easy access. It’s compact but has everything you need, including air conditioning. The host was incredibly thoughtful—Ivana stocked the place with water, basic food, even first aid supplies, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. She also provides clear, detailed check-in instructions, including videos, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Everything was super clean and well organized, and communication with her was flawless from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the small terrace with lounge chairs, where we spent our last afternoon reading with the sound of birds all around. There’s a public beach and a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes away on foot. We slept deeply and in total silence every night. We truly felt at home and cared for. Highly recommended!

Very cosy, lots of character. Small but comfortable for 2 people. Quiet. We only stayed one night but it would be a great spot for a longer stay too. Great host, gave us a great tip for a restaurant that was close by and outstanding.

The view Easy check in Responsive host The apartment felt cozy, like your own home Quiet We had to park on the street and at first I was a bit worried as you are parking in a turn and a bit uphill. For locals that is super normal, for us, it wasn't. However, it turned out to be totally fine. The traffic isn't heavy, the drivers need to slow down anyways and will see you.. If anyone else is worried, let me just say: if I could do it, probably you can, too.

Exeptiinal lication and view on lake Como. The host Claudia was very friendly and supportive in funding place to eat which is cosy restaurant at the corner. We were almost late to ferry while travellig by car to Bellagio and Claudia was a great help calling to the station and giving us write information about ferry schedule. The property is located above Varenna in Perledo with a best view on Como. The place is close to Castello Vezio, has a supermarket with fresh local bread and Italian grocerry. We made friends with Claudia and felt home at Villa Silvana, which is 18 century house fully renovated. Highly recommended.
