Fantastic and calm location for a stay in Belluno and for visit to the Dolomites. Ilaria was a very friendly host - also a nice breakfast was included. The view is amazing, on one side it’s the city view to Belluno and on the other the vineyard. We will be back 😊🇮🇹

EVERYTHING!!! The interior, service, spa, breakfast, location (2min from bus stop) literally everything! Felt so welcomed by the girl that works there- she was cooking breakfast for us herself, chatting with us, helping with restaurans near, attractions etc. everything was perfect!

The Owner and his Wife, have been so kind and helpful, they speak a very good english(both lived many years in the states), i got a beautyful room with a nice and modern bathroom.
