A very nice quiet place in the old streets of a small settlement. The way to the old town is along a hiking trail with steps and a wonderful view of the lake and Maccagno. There is a small garden. Excellent parking. There are always fresh products for a hearty breakfast. Many thanks to the hospitable and helpful host and staff.

All facilities were there in order to cook.to shower. Nothing was missing. We could prepare the Christmas Dinner without any difficulties. The fireplace was amazing and functioning perfectly Heating was great

Fantastic from the beginning to the end. The host is very kind, available and knowledgeable. The apartment is spotless, super comfy, obviously designed professionally. Nothing is missing! Highly recommended. We will go back for a longer stay.

This hotel was the highlight of the trip. Set in a beautiful old house in a wonderful part of the village, it felt like being a winter fantasy. The rooms were excellently equipped with artsy furniture. Restaurants and bars were a short walk away and parking was available for free on street level. The surrounding houses are equally jaw dropping. Check in was effortless and very Gen Z friendly as it was done entirely without needing human interaction. I would not only recommend this hotel and Santa Maria to everyone but am hoping to return again very soon.

Everything was perfect. The photos from the sites are not fair for the quality of the hotel. Even the smell inside the corridors was nice. Perfect breakfast too !Thank u guys we will see u again.
