We had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel. The ambiance of the hotel was so warm, cozy and inviting. The hotel was beyond all our expectations. We reserved the Junior Suite with terrace and went there as a family of 3 adults. The room had plenty of space, was very nicely-decorated and had a big terrace. The Pradalago ski lift was only a short distance away, making the location ideal. Elisa and Matteo went extra mile to make sure we had an unforgettable stay; they were incredibly kind and accommodating. The ski storage facilities and boot heater in the lockers were first-rate. We will definitely come again. Strongly advised!

Great, cosy location between Madonna di Campiglio and Pizzolo, 5 mins drive to the ski lifts of Groste, free parking in front of the hotel, very clean and spacious rooms with wonderful view to the mountains. A market is right in front of the hotel in case you need anything. The hosts were awesome beyond words. Very nice people, super-friendly, always smiling and willing to help. Great food for breakfast, freshly prepared by a very nice lady, who, also surprised us with a bag of sandwiches, fruits and chocolates at check out, for our drive back home. Great experience, surely we will be back!

The common areas - lounge, restaurant and spa -are immensely comfortable, relaxing and elegant all at once and all have a wonderful view. The most simple rooms are very pleasant, including an excellent shower and nice balcony and are spotlessly clean. The cuisine is absolutely delicious: fresh produce, very savourily cooked and seasoned, and catering to all tastes including any dislikes and allergies, the breakfast is literally the best we've had.
