great place, great view, very attentive staff. 10 minutes to Belladgio. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant, everything was very tasty, the chef took into account all our wishes. Excellent summer pool. The best option in terms of price-quality ratio of all that we have stayed before

The apartment was beautifully decorated, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Claudia and Danilo welcomed us, opened the gate so we could park our car, and familiarised us with the apartment. It was great to have a washing machine to catch up some washing. The apartment is a bit of a walk into Lecco but close to very nice restaurants on the river. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Lecco.

Hosts were exceptional...they go beyond to care for their guests. We had car problems and they were very understanding and accommodating ! Wished we had more time at this wonderful accommodation, to further experience it's fabulous onsite restaurant and private beach across the street with beautiful mountain views overlooking Bellagio. Highly recommend...do yourself a favor book this Guesthouse to boost your Lake Como experience !!

Apartment was good prepared for the guests. Our Host prepared nice and useful note about apartment itself and surrounding (views, stores, restaurants etc.) From our perspective place contains everything we need +. Our host was very nice and responsive, so we never felt like being alone with our questions. Thank you Fabrizio for everything! excellent price for an area where other properties were coming up much higher in price. this was affordable, clean, comfortable and perfect size. it’s not a hotel, has a home feel to it, has all the facilities you need and is about 15 -20 min walk to the centre.

The atmosphere of the small village and the property itself was incredible. Like being somewhere a few hundred years ago with all the comforts of our times. But it is all real, not fake, not remade for tourists. It was charming, peaceful, and unique. The owner is also very kind and helpful. The restaurant on site is pleasant. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Beautiful hiking trail and a very nice waterfall nearby.
