great place, great view, very attentive staff. 10 minutes to Belladgio. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant, everything was very tasty, the chef took into account all our wishes. Excellent summer pool. The best option in terms of price-quality ratio of all that we have stayed before

I could not recommend this place enough to stay if you are coming to Lake Como. Ideally located, you can walk 5 minutes to the train station and easily get a train two stops to Varenna and then travel around from there. The owners are both very friendly and helpful - they allowed us to check in early when we arrived. Our train back to Lecco was cancelled when we were leaving and the owners drove us to Lecco with no charge! The Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The room design is modern and very comfortable, and they are cleaned each day. It is genuinely fantastic for the price you pay. We ate in the hotels restaurant on our last night and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Apartment was good prepared for the guests. Our Host prepared nice and useful note about apartment itself and surrounding (views, stores, restaurants etc.) From our perspective place contains everything we need +. Our host was very nice and responsive, so we never felt like being alone with our questions. Thank you Fabrizio for everything! Very nice hosts. Big appartement with living room and kitchen separate and with a lot of extras like more towels, toiletries and I specifically liked the free bicycle. Nice green surroundings.

The apartment is very nice and the view is incredible, and looks exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. What I would recommend for people arriving without a car and carrying luggage, is to book a taxi in advance because generally in the Lake Como region taxis are rather rare and the way to the accommodation is a little steep.
