Friendly staff, family atmosphere, good breakfast with lots of selection and delicious honey! We felt at home with excellent care from the staff. You can tell that they are all passionate about their hotel & strive to meet their guests expectations. We would definitely consider visiting again if going back to the Dolomites. We felt that it was fairly priced for the location, amenities & the standard of the room. There was plenty of parking for those driving here & there was a reasonably priced fuel station at the bottom of the road with bus stop opposite. The hotel location meant that it was super quiet at night with no ambient noise from outside which is a big plus for light sleepers!

Everything. I arrived and felt comfortable. I was only there for one night. But everything was just brilliant.

Everything! The staff is so polite and welcoming, from the reception to the bar, the dining area, the driver of the mini bus! Everyone is so nice and professional to the maximum! The food is like a Michelin star restaurant and I could not be more amazed by its quality. The spa is wonderful and huge, clean and beautifully designed. Overall the hotel is a 10 out of 10!
