Lovely little hotel type place. The two elderly who run it were both really friendly and helpful for any questions I had. Room was a really good size for the price and the communial area had lots to offer - massage chair, manga, tv, heating etc. And it's pet friendly!

One of the best stay in my life! Room is big, clean and quiet, typical Japanese style. Breakfast was awesome, and the onsen was exceptional. Just locate at the entrance of the Sainokawara Park, and just a few minutes walk from the Yubatake and the Otaki no yu Onsen. Mrs Miki is soooo nice! Definitely will stay here again if come back to Kusastu! Miki さん, ありがとうございました！

Location, comfort, and service were all excellent. The Ryokan was equipped with very good facilities. Private onsens were available as well, although you need to take turns to use one of the 4 shower rooms.

Spacious house with a great bath. Very comfortable. Unluckily we just stayed one night. We were a family of four people and we slept all so well. Many amenities in the bathroom.
