everything was perfect, from picking up the keys to returning the keys. We planned to arrive late in the evening, then we had to change plans and without even warning we showed up at the house hoping to at least be able to leave our luggage. Staff was just amazing, friendly, very polite and deffenetly very helpful. They even offered to drive me to the shop in the middle of the evening for some late night necessities . Very clean ,and the deluxe double room was just haven on earth for us 3 ...BTW kids are more then welcome and they will deffently love the swimming pool and all the attractions. 10+
