My dogs and I had a wonderful stay at Pension Silon, which is only half an hour away from Tatranska Lomnica (by car). There you can take the cable car to the beautiful Skalnate Pleso. We had a great day of hiking there. Unfortunately our car broke down that evening, but our host was kind enough to let us stay a little longer. The pension is very close to the road, yet very quiet. Great breakfast! I definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed at Pansion Slovakia in Ždiar and had a wonderful experience. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the stunning natural beauty of the area. The renovations are modern and exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable stay. My room was neat and tidy, providing a cozy and pleasant environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Ždiar with all the comforts of a well-maintained pansion! Parking was available for free. Breakfast was tasty. An amazing place to stay in a beautiful area. From the photos, the interior looked a bit over-the-top for me as someone from the north, who is more used to simple, clean lines and minimalistic design. But when we arrived, I was honestly blown away. Every detail in the house harmonises so well. The interior design was so interesting that I found myself googling where to buy similar furniture, doors, and ceiling details. It turns out this is actually a very classic Tatra style, and in this house, it has been brought out in the best possible way. You can really see how much time, care, and money has been invested here. Staying here was an experience in itself – in a very positive sense. And the calm and quiet surroundings in summer just make it even more special.

Our stay here was amazing, place is really nice, clean and well equipped. I loved the fact, that many things were provided :) The owner is very kind, it was easy to contact with them. I honestly recommend this place if you are looking for a stay at Vysoke Tatry! Definitely coming here again someday :)
