The staff were nice and helpful, particularly Khaled on the reception. The room was clean with all the needed amenities. The place is not far from the old center however there is a commercial complex and area next to it with all the hustle and bustle, pretty serviced. There's car parking.

The location is pretty good, tell them to send you the parking location so it becomes easier for you. You can walk for less than 5 min to the parking area and it cost around 7€ per day. The staff were wonderful and kind. They helped me with everything and responded to my questions fast.

Great location for easy walking to the Mosques, Hans, the citadel the tombs of Osman and Orhan,Tophane park for the view of Bursa and Ottoman houses. Helpful staff with good communication about buses and taxis. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. And a very reasonable breakfast. If looking for a beer and wine we recommend the Yener Ocakbasi restaurant for a tree lined riverside meal with lovely staff.
