Really clean, excellent appliances. A lot of love has gone into this place. Boris, the owner, was extremely helpful and hospitable. Hospitality makes a place and I found the welcome to be second to none. I highly recommend this place. Great that there is clearly reserved parking. Old Town of Budva is about a 45 minute walk. Becici Beach just 5 minutes away. There's a small shop close by (although the owners and workers there are as miserable as sin!)

The Oliva Hotel in Budva enjoys a central yet quiet location, only a 5-minute walk from the long gravel beach of Slovenska Plaza. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a balcony. We initially chose this hotel for its great location, but what will truly bring us back is the impeccable service and thoughtful attention to every detail. The rooms were beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable(especially bed), and clean. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings with a delicious breakfast on the terrace. The warm hospitality of the staff (especially the owner of the hotel) made our stay feel truly memorable. Thank you 🤍

A quiet and peaceful place to rest with the sounds and the nice smells of the sea. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape of mountains, rivers and the sea as well as the long day and starry nights. Gastronomic taste are overjoyed. The host is helpful and warmly professional, the accommodation is clean and with all the necessary details. In the place itself, there are shops for basic everyday needs, a few minutes' walk away. We enjoyed mountain walks along goat tracks, then long recreational swimming along the entire length of the place, as well as paddle boarding, which is made perfect by the calm sea. We are coming in season again this summer for a longer stay because the private property by the sea promise that peace and privacy are guaranteed even in season.

Housed in a traditional-style stone building overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Apartments Pastrovski Konak is set in Kuljače, on a hill 500 metres above sea level. amazing place with good vibes and great food , the staff were super nice people - we had a good time
