Great and courteous staff, modern facilities (would never have believed that the hotel is almost 11 years old) and most of all our dog loved it. It's not always easy to please our Austin. Location was very good for our trip as distance to gondolas was very close, its like 5mins to reach. Grocery store is right next to the appartment if you need anything. Rooms are good size with very comfortable beds, very clean and well furnished.
