Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot... Awesome location, very friendly staff, breakfast 10/10! Highly recommend.

Family-run for over 300 years, Gasthof Post in Rennweg is just off the A10 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the Katschberg Ski Area. It offers a sauna, steam bath, and free Wi-Fi. Amazing staff, very cheerful.

The barrier-free eduCARE Hotel in Treffen is a 10-minute walk away from the banks of the Ossiachersee Lake. It offers a restaurant with a garden terrace and free Wi-Fi. Wonderful place to stop over on my travels through Europe by motorcycle. The room was huge and super comfortable, the facilities were excellent and staff all lovely. I had dinner in the restaurant too and it was fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional - the best spread I've ever had whilst on my European road trips. There are also communal areas with books and games, which is a bonus.

Located at 2,304 metres above sea level in the Hohe Tauern National Park, Wallackhaus RegioJet Hotels is set next to the ski slope Grossglockner/Heiligenblut. Everything was wonderful! We truly enjoyed our time at Wallackhaus. The room was very comfortable, meals were delicious, and nothing can beat the view and location!

Staff was super helpful, even though we had to make last minute changes due to a sickness. The apartment was right on the slope (ski in and out, right to the door), and it was super clean. Also the apartment we got was of very high quality, furniture, machines, materials used were above average. The ski storage room with lockers per apartment was very useful and easy to access. The automated, 24/7 shop on-site was excellent, and there's another automated (unstaffed) one reachable with a 3 minute walk, and a proper shop open until 5pm a few hundred meters away, so the location was perfect. It was also very quiet and comfortable.
