Located in Bad Kleinkirchheim, 240 metres from St. Kathrein Thermal Spa, Explorer Hotel Bad Kleinkirchheim provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. Good for cyclists, you can maintain your bike in a repair station in the lobby. Food was very good, staff was kind.

Very nice large and clean room with a great view of the slopes, really helpful and friendly staff We used the excellent wellness every day. The location with direct access to the slopes was great. We would love to come back.

Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot... It was a very coazy place, nice style, clean, warm and welcoming. The sauna and relaxation room were perfect for after ski relaxation. The room was comfy and big, with a very nice mountain view, and it even smelled very nice. We also had a big balcony. There was a nice safe place to store ski equipment. The personnel were very kind and happy to help with all the questions. The breakfast was also perfect. We felt absolutely comfortable and very welcome there.

Family-run for over 300 years, Gasthof Post in Rennweg is just off the A10 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the Katschberg Ski Area. It offers a sauna, steam bath, and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was great and very comprehensive for a smaller place

The barrier-free eduCARE Hotel in Treffen is a 10-minute walk away from the banks of the Ossiachersee Lake. It offers a restaurant with a garden terrace and free Wi-Fi. Perfect breakfast (I would rate it 10/10). Great sauna, open daily. Lot of parking spaces. Modern and new facilities. Ski bus directly from the hotel to ski resort.

Located at 2,304 metres above sea level in the Hohe Tauern National Park, Wallackhaus RegioJet Hotels is set next to the ski slope Grossglockner/Heiligenblut. I loved the set up with the meals and self service. The hotel is beautiful, better than the photos, everywhere are amazing views. An exrodinary place to stay, I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, meticulously clean and comfortable property. The family that owns and operates this recently renovated property welcomed us with open arms and took very good care of us. Our room was very comfortable. The shower was great. Balcony views incredible. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Carinthia, mostly locally sourced fresh products. Good coffee, good eggs. We are hiking Alpe Adria trail and this has been one of our favorite stays. Thanks for hosting us! I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone walking Alpe Adria or touring my car in the area.

Staff was super helpful, even though we had to make last minute changes due to a sickness. The apartment was right on the slope (ski in and out, right to the door), and it was super clean. Also the apartment we got was of very high quality, furniture, machines, materials used were above average. The ski storage room with lockers per apartment was very useful and easy to access. The automated, 24/7 shop on-site was excellent, and there's another automated (unstaffed) one reachable with a 3 minute walk, and a proper shop open until 5pm a few hundred meters away, so the location was perfect. It was also very quiet and comfortable.
