Situated in Kaprun, in the Salzburg Land in the heart of Austria, 1.6 km from Kaprun Castle and 0.9 km from the Maiskogelbahn. Hotel breakfast was excellent in quality and selection.

Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot... The breakfast was the best I've ever had in any hotel, and the staff at the breakfast was very attentive and friendly. Our room was huge, with a great bathtub, two sinks, good sized balcony overlooking the town and a doublebed. There was also a minibar with a selection of drinks, and a tv. The location in Heiligenblut is also amazing. You could see the whole town from the balcony of our room, and the snow-covered mountains behind it. It's a very small town so the walk from the hotel to the "centre" takes only a couple of minutes.

Beautiful, cute and warming hotel. We were just passing by and I regret we didn't book it for a longer period. It's a place you definitely get very comfortable. Hoping to book it for a real stay in the future.

Located at 2,304 metres above sea level in the Hohe Tauern National Park, Wallackhaus RegioJet Hotels is set next to the ski slope Grossglockner/Heiligenblut. This is an amazing location along the spectacular Grossglockner Alpine scenic highway. It makes you feel on top of the world surrounded by alpine peaks. The hotel was one of the most unique experiences we have ever had. We got the half board rate with breakfast and dinner included and the food was excellent. Gourmet coffee, tea and water with flavored syrups were included and available 24/7. Then there was assorted beer and wine, snacks, sumptuous deserts and some of the best ice cream ever that you could get 24/7 by using a automated self serve kiosk. Each room was given a card to scan to purchase items and it was charged at checkout. It was a system built on honesty. They have a outstanding wellness area including 2 saunas, a relaxation room and a jacuzzi. There was also an activity room with ping pong, foosball and darts. The rooms were simple but very clean and comfortable with most having mountain views. The staff was very helpful in our inability to speak the local language. We had toured for 12 days and this hotel was the highlight for our group of 5.

Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. Hannah and Oliver, you are amazing! Thank you so much for all the help!!

The wellness hotel Das Alpenhaus Gasteinertal is located in the center of Bad Hofgastein, close to the Kurpark, pedestrian area and ski lifts. Free WiFi is available. Spa, restaurant and staff are great!

The MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein welcomes you in the center of Bad Gastein, only a short walk away from the cable cars or the famous waterfall. We were 3 families staying for 12 days in total. We have enjoyed each minute spent in the hotel. The ambiance, the comfort, the view. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Plenty of activities for all ages (3 generations of our family). I would highly recommend free classic concerts in the concert hall of the neighboring Hotel Europa or on the nearby square.
