It has a well-equipped JYM and Yoga studio, a spa area with saunas, a very good breakfast, and a public area (cafe, library). It is very clean and has a very Nordic design. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

We stayed here for 11 days, and it was a wonderful decision! The host is super nice and helpful. I once asked her if she knows if there is snow on Mölltaler Gletscher, she called them to ask in German and and gave us more useful information location is great - near main roads but quite. Had an amazing stay at this gem! The host was super friendly and made me feel like family. The place had a great vibe, really cozy and inviting. But the real MVP? Breakfast! The local cheese and fresh house milk were legendary. Seriously, I could write love songs about that breakfast :D. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

We visited for the 2nd time. Great property by the lake. To our surprise they updated the toilet and the bathroom since our last visit. Will come back again.
