The accommodation provides a hot tub, evening entertainment and family rooms. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming. Her energy and smile are absolutely contagious! Our room was perfectly clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and included a meat/cheese/tomato/cucumber tray, baskets of assorted bread (with various spreads), and beverages (we had juice, water, and tea). You can also order omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. All of the dinner and dessert options we ordered were fresh and delicious. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. Ample parking, as there is a large adjacent lot in addition to parking directly in front of the building. This a is great place to stay if you're in town for any of the races at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg.

Gastwirtschaft Hold offers a children's playground. You can play darts at this 3-star hotel, and the area is popular for hiking and skiing. A very nice hotel in a quiet and beautiful environment. The apartment is nicely and sufficiently furnished, the bonus is the balcony and nice view on the church and surroundings. Friendly staff was very helpful, dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We would like to return.

Free private parking is available on site. A bus stop is right outside, and the Rohrbach Train Station is a 12-minute drive away. The Mönichwald Ski Area, as well as the historic town of Vorau, can be reached in a 15-minute drive. The food was excellent even for a someone with celiac. Super friendly staff! Clean big room in a beautiful village in the forest.

The owner runs a typical Heurigen restaurant in the surrounding hills, where you can enjoy regional dishes. It can be reached by car in 3 minutes. The area is great for hiking or Nordic Walking. Cross-country skiing tracks are 10 km away. Everything, clean room, we had renovated rooms extra clean, without carpet, balcony with nice view, clean sheets. Good food, breakfast was delicious all you need and good diversity too. Small pool but good for kids, very nice sauna. Excellent services and people staff nice and helpful.

The Almwellness Hotel Pierer****Superior on the Teichalm refreshes with even more recreational quality. Thanks to the newly expanded AlmWellness & SPA area with a 20-metre infinity pool, panorama sauna and a second outdoor whirlpool as well as 12 Alpine garden suites, yoga & activity room and fitness studio and an underground car park with 29 parking spaces, it will be even nicer! The food is flawless to the smallest of details. And the rest is the same.

Probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed. If the Alps ever offered certificates, this one would say “Certified Hygienic Luxury.” Let’s talk kitchen: better equipped than most people’s actual homes. We're talking full spice rack, gadgets galore, appliances that made you want to cook for fun. Add to that: smart TVs in every room, top-notch Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher – honestly, you could settle in for a full sabbatical and not miss a beat. The layout was fantastic – plenty of proper bedrooms + extra chill/sleep zones on the mezzanines. Great for families, groups, or people who just like to have options. Now, the view. That view. Straight from a screensaver – mountains, stillness, nature whispering "you’re doing amazing, sweetie." And the hot tub on the terrace? Spotless. Big enough to stretch out. Basically a spa with altitude. Bonus points: super responsive host, fast communication, and a remote-yet-practical location with shops just 15 mins away. Oh – and a nearby lake perfect for dog walks, picnics, or pondering whether to extend your stay "just a few more nights." If there’s a spot available when we’re booking next – don’t even ask. We’re coming back. And we might bring friends. Or just more dogs.
